We are a development partner and many of our Clients have requested the ability to import Returns/RMAs from ShipStation to other 3rd party systems. For example, when Items from an Order are returned in ShipStation, we need to be able to import that data (incl. RMA #, original Order #, returned Items, tracking number, shipping carrier, label costs, etc.) so the external system is aware of the return and can process a refund accordingly.
There is currently no Returns/RMA API available to develop these types of integrations and it is desperately needed. Returns are a core and critical part of the ShipStation workflow so it doesn't make sense that wouldn't be made available as an API. Please consider this enhancement request as a high priority.
