I am using Etsy, Shopify, and BigCommerce stores. Rules based solely on Item Title is working only with Shopify.
This seems shortsighted to not include Item Description (or Item Name).
Your sister company, ShippingEasy, reads this Item Description and makes rules accordingly and this is one area giving me major hesitation in migrating. I'm still on the fence.
