Schedule a Pickup Error message

driftcavestore

I am trying to set up a UPS pick up using Shipstation. I keep getting this error message. It does not matter what time of day I put into the box.

Received data containing a ready time later than the latest allowable ready time for the location (Bad Request, Carrier Error Code: 9510113). (400, 8d7e0313-92da-432e-a6bb-4cb2840f0751)

I noticed this was a problem  last year. Any ideas, or plans to fix this issue??

A support agent responded to your ticket about 30 minutes ago with some possible reasons for the error message you're encountering. I recommend continuing to troubleshoot this issue with their assistance.

Good morning i am constantly having an issue with trying to schedule a pickup for UPS. I have reached out to support and they keep responding "unfortunately we are not able to work around that error on ShipStations end as that error is coming directly from the carrier. You can try scheduling a pick up for a different day on ShipStation or reach out to the carrier directly to schedule a pickup. During the holiday season there may be more restrictions on pickup schedules and services."

It seems that this is not the issue as I have spoken to UPS and they say that it is a problem with Shipstation. The error is coming from shipstation.

Hello, @boutiquejacques!

Thank you for bringing your question to the community! It looks like support has replied to you on ticket 7433145, and here’s a quick summary of what they discovered:

The UPS Standard Domestic service does not offer same-day pickup for UPS Canada scheduled pickups. This is outlined on their website here:

"Same Day Pickup is currently unavailable for domestic UPS Standard® service. You can schedule a next-day pickup or contact your closest UPS Access Point for drop-off."

This means you can still schedule a next-day pickup for UPS Standard Domestic or arrange for same-day pickup if you’re using other services. Unfortunately, same-day pickups are not supported for UPS Standard Domestic shipments.

I hope this clarifies things. Let us know if you have any further questions!

Happy Shipping!
