I have received several emails from customers that can't complete their purchase because it says we don't deliver to Oklahoma or Missouri, etc. This has happened 4 times now with random states. Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks for being a part of our community and reaching out. To me if this is happening before the order can be places, I would definitely reach out to the selling channel directly first. Is this still occuring? Also are you using live rates via your selling channel?
