I'm having an issue where I input the shipping description for shipping methods and Shipstation or the carrier is automatically inputting days into my description. For example, I set up quick ship for 3 days and standard shipping for 5-7 days. Something from Shipstation is auto adding text of 2 or 3 days into my description that I cannot access. See image. Yellow is text that I did not input. I added the text in red, but this looks very tacky on my website @ checkout. I've contacted shipstation multiple times about this but no resolution. They say it's my website, which is not true as all the shipping functions I have are controlled from the Shipstation app add in. Help!!!
