A recent shipment doesn't show up in the Shipments grid. It was entered manually, and it appears in the label queue. I did not receive a Bcc email for shipping confirmation. This has never happened before. I think my only change was to have the order number automatically generated. How can I fix this?

I know you posted this yesterday, were you able to find this order or is it still missing? If it is still missing, can you let us know:

The label was never completely missing. It was in the label queue. The problem is it never appeared in the shipments grid, where every other manually entered order appears. I'm trying to learn what happened or what went wrong.
