Shipping error

When I try to finalize the label, the message ''Missing or invalid sending the company name'' I would like to know why this error, I can't send anything

The error message that you are seeing there means that the Ship From Location that is being used does not have a Company name listed. This is a required field for almost all carriers. Once that Company name field on the Ship From Location is added, you should no longer see this error message. If you continue to see this error after filling in your company name, reach out to our Support team via Chat or Email (support@shipstation.com) to troubleshoot more deeply into your account.
