I tried to create a $49 label last week and during "processing" something happened and it never finished. My order never got sent to "shipped', but there was a label sitting in my printing que for it and I got charged. When I went to print the label it gave me an error, like it doesn't actually exist, because it doesn't. So I contacted shipstation and they said they were aware of some issues that customers were having. Stupid me, tried to process the label again with the same results. So, now I've been charged $49 X 2 and no label has been provided. I still had shipstation support on chat, so I told them that it happened again. My third attempt was successful. It has been over 4 days since they charged my account 2 X $49 and they keep just telling me that I have to wait for their refund center to process this. I'm absolutely outraged because now I don't have the funds that I need to ship my other customers orders out. This should have been an immediate refund, but no, I'm sitting 4 days later with still no refund in sight. Not okay. Anyone else dealing with this? Do I need a lawyer?
