Single SKU - Auto Multiple Shipments

How is there not the ability to have a single SKU be set up to have multiple shipments automatically?  I know they have the new auto-split feature, but this is only for Multiple QTY of a SKU.  I have several SKUS that are 3 boxes, that every time they sell I have to manually add 2 more shipments.

Product bundles might be what you're looking for if you have a Gold plan or higher. I haven't used it myself but in theory it should work.
