Request to update restrictions and automation to allow multiple users with the same restrictions and automation rules to view the same orders.
Currently, if we restrict a user's access to allow them to only view orders assigned to them, and we then apply an automation rule with criteria that matches these orders, only a single user can view these orders.
We need to allow multiple users with these restrictions and rule to view the same orders for one of our stores/marketplaces but not all of our stores in Shipstations.

I agree. I'm shocked that ShipStation hasn't implemented this functionality for productivity and quality assurance purposes. This limitation suggests that you need shared log-in information for a single warehouse, which means up-to 30 associates sharing passwords/usernames. This is less than ideal and poses security risks.
To ShipStation's benefit, we would likely quadruple our number of user accounts, leading to increased revenue for them.
