Toggles for Default Packing Slip information

I'd love to have the ability to toggle on and off which information shows on the default packing slip. For Example:

• Customer Phone Number: On/Off
• Customer Note: On/Off
• Requested Service: On/Off

When a completely custom invoice isn't necessary, this minor change to the basic tier would be a huge quality of life addition.
