I responded to an open case over a week ago and they have completely ghosted me. I have also gotten into chat with various customer service reps and they have also completely ghosted me. WHAT IS GOING ON?!

When you say they have ghosted you on chat, do you mean they aren't responding from the beginning, or that mid-conversation they stop replying?
