I need help as there is very little information available using Woocommerce and ShipStation. The set up went pretty smoothly and orders were uploaded to Shipstation with all the essential information including weight but the dimensions did not upload. Some googling suggests that this is normal, but how can it be? All my products are different dimensions and all shipping dimensions are entered into woocommerce. If it is true that dimensions are not uploaded then it makes shipstation as a shipping application almost useless. The whole point is to not have to manually enter dimensions on the shipping company's platform. Also if this is true is there a workaround? I saw a comment somewhere about manually uploading a CSV of all the products. If anyone can shed some light on this I would be much obliged.
