Our combined orders are not properly fulfilling ALL orders that were combined to ship together in Shopify causing orders to be left unfulfilled in Shopify.

Thank you for posting on the community for support around this issue. I checked in with the support team, and they said that this is a fully supported feature. Since we are not seeing any bug reports around this I would suggest reaching out to support@shipstation.com for some troubleshooting.
