got the email today that we were supposedly charged incorrectly from may-june. upon viewing my billing history i noticed DOZENS of adjustments that i was not even notified about. the reasons are not valid - up-charged for incorrect dimensions, weights and even improper materials. some indicate up-charges for changing carrier services??? i don't even know what this means or how this happens. when i purchase a label on the website, as long as i enter the correct package information, i expect to pay the price i see. i only saw the increases from this year, not prior. i was already pissed off enough.
