Compatibility with Magento Cloud

We currently have 10+ sales channels connected to Shipstation including Magento 2.  We are migrating over the Magento Cloud, but the latest version of the Auctane/Shipstation extension doesn't work with Magento Cloud.  We love that Shipstation imports all our orders from so many different channels, but are quite disappointed that it won't work with Magento 2 when hosted with Magento Cloud. It is still Magento 2.4.x Enterprise version, but just hosted in Magento Cloud - hoping compatibility can be accomplished with some work on Shipstation's part rather than a whole new separate custom implementation. Without a working integration, we won't be able to go live in the M2 Cloud unless we switch to another solution.  Please help to make this compatible! More and more Magento users will likely move to the Cloud!

Thanks for posting your idea! ShipStation does currently support Magento Cloud with our integration. After looking into your request, it looks like the problems you were experiencing were caused by 3rd party plugins (or other non Magento or ShipStation applications connected to the selling channel) that modified the outgoing XML feed. This is what prevented ShipStation from importing the orders.

We're moving our selling channel to Magento 2.4.5 p1 with PHP 8.1 and the Auctane/API /Shipstation extension  at the moment doesn't support this. We launch in a couple of weeks and will no longer be able to use Shipstation.
