We recently ran into a sync error that could only be resolved by ship station's escalated technicians team. And after that was resolved, the shipment data of all our old orders became corrupted. After a lengthy chat with support, it was discovered that it was because those orders were shipped through an old API connection. I asked if it was possible to retrieve the data from the old connection and sync it with our current one. And they said no. Not being able to do so slows down the flow of our shipment lineup if we have to switch back and forth between connections just to gain access to old order data. This is huge headache on our part and that's why I would like to propose the possibility of a merge connections feature be put into development.
