We carry a handful of SKU's that require multiple boxes to ship which is currently running into some issues with Seller Fulfilled Prime. As of now the only way to handle these orders for a SKU that ships in multiple packages would be going through the Amazon Seller Central. It would be nice if sometime in the future if a update can be made to that to allow Mulitple Box Shipments that are Seller Fulfilled Prime to come through ShipStation. It would cut down a lot of time for us as we would be able to ship everything all in one spot instead of having to pick those orders out and go to Amazon and then ship them.
This seriously needs to brought to the top and a solution figured out. Prime is what is driving growth and the ability to create multiple labels is very badly needed. I know Amazon locks down how this process works, but even a button that you could copy an existing order to create a duplicate would be hugely beneficial. Manually typing in the details or copy and pasting fields is ok if you only have a few orders, but not when you have hundreds.
We could really use this feature. It is certainly possible via Amazon Buy Shipping for multiple item orders. There just needs to be a way to put items in cartons. Their API requires the line_item_id and qty for each item in a carton. All of the information is in SS. We have a small utility that pull the line items from SS via API and uses the pre-defined dims/weights to send to Amazon to obtain labels. It's not technically difficult.
Why is the Amazon Buy Shipping not available on the Prime Multi - Piece shipments? There is no plus + button next to the packages like they are during normal Amazon shipments.
It is hurting the buy shipping rate and is adding more time to ship other packages. What happens in Q4 and this happens? Is shipstation going to be help responsible for thousands of missed orders?
