We have recently added our own Parcelforce carrier account and we have found that in order for the delivery notifications to be sent to customers directly from Parcelforce themselves, a tick box needs to be selected on EVERY order.
There is not currently a way to automate this or set this as the default option. I'd rather have this set as a default and have the option to deselect when I do not want to send notification.
Is this possible to add to a development list? When we are in our peak season, we do not have the resource to manually check boxes on every order we are printing a shipping label for.
