Wix Custom Field Integration into Shipstation

Wix did an update in November of last year which interrupted the import of custom fields into Shipstation through Wix. ALL of our products are personalized. Before November, we would be able to print the packing slip in Shipstation and see the custom text for personalization. Since November, we have not been able to print this on our packing slips. We now have to print all of our packing slips and go into our Wix Dashboard to write the personalization for the products on all of our orders.

ShipStation updated our Wix integration to import item options in July of 2021. The field from Wix that imports as item options is CatalogLineItem.OptionSelections. If your customization details are in this field from Wix, you should be able to add the Item Options field replacement to your packing slip template and the customization options will print on your packing slips from then on. 

If you have done this and the options are still not printing, please contact our support team so they can take a look at the data in your order feeds and help troubleshoot why the options are not printing as expected.
