Alerts for addresses in Hawaii and Alaska

Hi All,

I am not sure if there is a way to create an account alert for addresses in Hawaii or Alaska, but if there is please share!!! Unfortunately Etsy doesn’t allow you to select only lower 48 and every now and again one of those address slips through and the shipping is more then what the person paid to begin with  is there a way I can set up an alert for me to contact the individual.

Also if any one is a whiz at inventory Let me know i need serious help with setting up inventory.

Hey there @peter8, 

One way to achieve this "alert" you could create an automation rule to tag those addresses when they import! You can of course customize this to work best for you, but the idea would be to first create a tag that would be used to identify those types of addresses. Then you could write an automation rule using the states as the criteria, and applying the tag as the action. This would provide a visual tag on each applicable order.
