I've been using ShipStation for about 2 years. I've never had an issue with importing products using SKUs with hyphens until now. I have about 1,000 SKUs in ShipStation with hyphens. I uploaded 400 new SKUs with our typical SKU format including hyphens and ShipStation gives errors. I can individually add products with SKUs containing hyphens however it won't let me because SS says the SKU already belongs to a product that I can not search or find anywhere. I can not deactivate or delete the SKUs because I can't see them. I can't just not use hyphens because I have orders coming from 3 stores that have been using these SKUs so they won't match therefore not giving a committed number. Does anyone have any suggestions for the following:
How can I deactivate/delete SKUs that are on my product export but no where to be found in a search under Products - active and inactive?
Has anyone found a work around for using hyphens in SKUs?
Thanks in advance!!!
