ShipStation's inventory management sucks and I can't fix it.
We have to constantly manually update our inventory because after a couple of days of shipping orders, the counts are suddenly way off.
I do not know why this happens and nobody at support does either.
We are wasting $$ as we print labels for orders we can't fulfill because ShipStation says we have inventory when we don't.
Some times the inventory is correct and then it will just get off.
Does anybody else have this issue?
