I am unable to print any labels to ship my products out. The system is telling me I need an active subscription. I've tried to click on the "undo cancellation" button but nothing happens. I also cannot access chat. I emailed support yesterday but I still dont have an answer and I have a ton of packages to get out. Any ideas?
