Send a return package

The Shipstation is a great tool for someone used to work on postal field. I'm not. I navigate all around the posibilities but I could not find my way there. Too bad. I had a short time to do it and I couldn't manage to do it. I sugest to have a map how to do it and using a common language, not words good for people working on the field. And probably would be better to give direction without too many choice given the idea that already the customer told you precisly what he want. I'm sorry I did not give you a good review. Maybe other time.

Just to clarify—are you an individual trying to create a return label in ShipStation to send a package back to a merchant you purchased from? If so, ShipStation is primarily designed for businesses shipping to customers and may not be the best fit for one-time personal shipments.

In this case, you might find it more helpful to use a service like Stamps.com, which is better suited for individual users and one-off shipments.
