I am setting up a store in which I am not selling, rather BUYING products from customers. I would like for them to print a postage label that is pre-paid by me, to send the items once the transaction is complete.
Is it possible to achieve this via shipstation?

While creating return labels to initiate that customer interaction is not the usual workflow in ShipStation generally speaking, it is doable. This process would include creating a Ship From Location for each new address that you were going to create those labels to be used by the customer to arrive to you.
Perhaps one of our lovely community members has more direct experience with this type of shipping and is willing to share their methods/workflow!
