Our Pledge

This Community was created to provide ShipStation users with a safe space to engage with each other about ShipStation’s products and services, to find solutions to complex shipping problems, and to share tips and tricks of the trade. In pursuit of these goals, the ShipStation Community Team pledges to do our part to maintain a productive community space that is welcoming to all regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender, identity, and level of experience.

Our Code of Conduct

Policy for Violations

A violation is any action that violates our Community Guidelines, including our Code of Conduct, or our Community Terms of Service. Unacceptable or inappropriate behavior by any member of the Community - including moderators, administrators, and other ShipStation staff - may result in immediate disciplinary action, including a warning, up to and including termination of a member’s Community Account.

All members are required to comply with directions from moderators.

The ShipStation Community Team has the right to modify or remove any content it deems in its sole discretion to be a violation of our Community Guidelines, including our Code of Conduct, or our Community Terms of Service, or any content it deems in its sole discretion to be detrimental to the health of the Community and/or its members.
