Seems like this UPS strike is really going to affect our shipping costs. When I compare UPS Ground rates with Shipstation to our "Discounted" Fed Ex Rates, Fed Ex is 30-40% higher for Ground Home Delivery. Is anyone getting better or similar rates to...

When I open the calendar, it always seems to open months ahead of today's date - it would be great if it opened on "today" or had a "today" button that bring the calendar to today.

I agree - I don't see any actual improvements made to the system, just all white, no distinction between sections. Please change it back! my entire team thinks something is "wrong" with their shipstation because it looks like it's reverted to 1999.

Did you get this resolved (hopefully!)? We had the same issue this week, uninstalled and reinstalled shipstation connect from the computer and it fixed the issue.

Our marketplace hasn't been notified of a shipment since May - it's been a huge hassle - similar support experience. No actual updates, just assurance that it's been escalated, but it's been months! So frustrating.

Yes!!! We need this also!! Not all orders are Paid at Shipping. You really need to fix please.
