When using Rate Shopper, about 3 months ago i was able to edit the dimension's before generating the label, since the last Shipstation update i can no longer do this, can we please bring the functionality back.

Would like to see ShipStation Connect supported on Linux. This would allow the app to run on a low cost device such as a raspberry pi and make it much easier to keep service up.

Sice I’m selling through Shopify with VAT included in the price, I need to display the ex-VAT amount on the customs declaration instead of the full price. Atthe moment I have to do this manually for every order. Would it be possible to toggle an option so that item cost is displayed minus the VAT in customs forms automatically? It would save me a ton of time. 

From 24 July shipments to the US will require a 10-digit customs code.We have a Shopify store and in Shopify we can add country specific customs codes.To avoid having to enter it manually, we need a setting or automation for country-specific HS Codes to be pulled through for relevant orders.Is this in delevopment?Thanks

The Action Type "Set Carrier/Service/Package" should be split into two distinct actions:Set Carrier/Service Set PackageThis Action Type unnecessarily requires a specific carrier/service if you want to set a package type, this should be two separate actions. 

the ability to create an automation for Scheduled Pickupsso when an order form a certain carrier is completed ( label is generated )we then Scheduled a Pickup for that carrier, asap / same day or next business day

Can we add Rate shopper options to Shipstation Mobile, that would be a great addition

FedEx has just come out with a 2 day one rate extra small box. Could this be integrated into ShipStation?

Currently, the list of "Custom Packages" is displayed in the order in which the list was created. IOW, the first package added to "Customer Packages" is always display first and the most recent package addition is alway display last.  It would be most helpful to be able to sort the list by name and/or size.  This would make the drop down selection menu more functional and easier to navigate.

When Insuring packages, the insurance amount should print on the individual package label For example, and this has happened to us… If we ship 10 identical packages, but each package is insured differently, how do I distinguish which label goes on which package. I don’t want to put the wrong label with the wrong insurance amount on the incorrect package. But if the insurance amount was printed on the label, I could correctly identify which package it belonged on.

Please enable the ability to bulk allocate orders that are On Hold. You can do so for orders Awaiting Shipment, but not On Hold.

Can you please add a column to reflect he closed date to a purchase order when closed out. Having this feature added would help to resolve any questions as to when items were received and closed out. As for now we are editing the PO before receiving and notating the closed date. However each individual PO still needs to be viewed to see the noted closed date. 

Is it possible to allow custom fields 1, 2 & 3 to be included in the export options on the shipments tab? Many of our clients require that their tracking reports reference their internal PO and/or job numbers. We use custom fields to capture this data on import but we currently don't have the option to include this in a shipment export. We know that these fields are available in the order export but we need to run two exports and merge this data each time to get tracking numbers and references on the same report.  This is both time consuming and potentially dangerous if the data isn't merged properly. It would be nice to be able to export all of this data at the same time.

This one is extremely annoying. We have two accounts we ship from. one a sure post account that is managed by one of our customers. The other is our normal shipping account. The automation rules won't let us select our customer's account to ship from under the action type "Set Carrier/Service/Package". So our shippers have to manually have to change the service from our account to a service under the sure post account. We need to be able to select any service from any of our accounts in the automation rules. it's absurd that only the default account can be used in the automation rules. But any account can be selected when the order is opened. This needs to be fixed.

A consolidated VAT report of all the labels that I have purchased to prove to the tax man that we have paid VAT on our labels. Currently, we would have to download each individual label invoice to prove this which is not practical.

Amazon Easy Ship has been rolled out in the UK now, would be great to see an integration with Shipstation ASAP.

Any Idea how to connect Amazon Easy Ship to Shipstation ?

We are currently using ShipStation UPS account, however when we used to use our own, we would get emails throughout the day when there was a delivery exception notice from UPS about a package. They would allow us to log in and make any corrections instead of having the package shipped back to us. This allows for less customer abrasion if they forgot to provide a space, building, or apartment number. 

Having UPS Quantum View Notify functionality would be amazing. It's an extremely powerful tool that basically allows to send notifications to the customer regarding their delivery status, like delays in transit or if it's sitting at a UPS Access Point. I'm not sure what other carriers have in regards to this, but I'm sure they may have something similar. Delivery confirmation is one thing, and already very good, but having even more notifications like listed above would be incredible. We have customers who's packages end up sitting at UPS Access Points until they are returned to sender because they don't know how to check their tracking information or forgot about their order. Let's get 10,000 votes on this. It's the only thing left to make Shipstation perfection.

It would be great for ShipStation to send an email whenever the status of an open shipment changes to "Delivery Exception" or another undeliverable status. This would eliminate the need to manually check the delivery status or retroactively dealing with an upset customer contacting us because an order hasn't shown up. It would also allow the customer see immediately that there is an issue with shipment and perhaps troubleshoot it on his/her own. Our packages are also time sensitive so figuring out why a package can't be delivered as fast as possible would be helpful! This would be a HUGE time saver and great peace of mind for us and the customers, plus potentially save us some customer service headaches along the way.

ShipStation should add "Out for Delivery" email notification. Customers want to know when to expect delivery, and it's a huge help to know that the package is being delivered the day of. It should be an easy feature to implement? Right now, there are only 2 types of email notifications: In Transit (when mailpiece enters mailstream) and Delivered notifications. Thanks.
