We find the yellow savings star useless because they appear even when there is just one cent in savings. So we would need a lot of one cent savings to justify having to drive to the UPS drop-off location as opposed to a daily pick-up from our wonderful Postman. It would be very helpful for us to be able to specify the minimum savings before that yellow star appears. 

I see that we are able to filter by, and see if, a packing slip has been printed on the 'Shipments' tab. It would be more useful to be able to do this within the 'orders' tab. Especially when pre-packing a large number of orders. Can this feature be added? 

I am new to Ship Station but not to Ecommerce shipping. The primary reason I came to Ship Station was for rate shopping. You have the SCAN screen with Verify & Print which is how we work our warehouse. We want to scan a packing slip and then scan the items into the box and once complete finish by finding the best rate and print label. The SCAN screen is MISSING the rate calculator?!? From our standpoint, this is like building a nice boat and leaving it tied to the dock. We cannot use the SCAN screen then because we need rate shopping. This seems very obvious and for such a good product as Ship Station it is a serious omission. Please add the rate calculator to the SCAN screen to make it fully functional. Thanks.Jim

I would like to customize the order summary report to include tracking numbers along with the shipping details.

First, I want to say that I love the recent improvement allowing us to assign specific items to individual packages within a multi-package shipment! This is a fantastic feature, and I think there are two additional enhancements that would make it even more valuable.1. Automatically Print Assigned SKUs on Each Package's Shipping LabelNow that ShipStation allows us to assign specific items to individual packages, it would be incredibly helpful if the SKUs assigned to each package automatically populated (or could be assigned to) the REF fields on that package's shipping label.For example, if an order contains five different SKUs shipped across three packages, each shipping label would automatically display only the SKUs assigned to that particular package.I understand that SKUs can currently be added through Label Messages, but this doesn't dynamically reflect which items are assigned to each individual package. My company uses Multi-package workflow and insures our packages for 90% of our shipments. Today, there was a new workflow that is a complete waste of time and no way to turn it off.After I clicked to Add A Package, the screen that popped up is new. I clicked on a Apply Multi-Package set. I always put in a value to insure them. Instead of the packages being editable on the screen all at once, I had to click Edit on EACH package to enter a value. Then, when I went to close the Package box, I had to click to confirm that I wanted the items assigned to package 1 and then click confirm again that I acknowledged empty packages. All of this was a complete WASTE of time!!The explanation I got was this:  "This is by design to ensure accurate package allocation and proper shipment documentation"When did this become a rule or law, who are they to tell me how to document my business and shipping? With no way to toggle this feature on or off, they have added 6-10 additional clicks for every four pi

Hi Guys, Currently, your API is filtering down shipping quotes/results and returning what it deems the cheapest/fastest/best value. This is great but a lot of our customers want to choose a specific carrier for their own personal reasons i.e. UPS drivers in their area always come early before USPS and they prefer that or vice versa.  Or they might be happy to pay an extra $3 for 3-day shipping VS 2-day which would have cost them +$7 over the ground. However, they can't as these options are deemed too close and stripped from the returned results.  Before moving to shipstation we could allow the customer to select which they wanted from the full list. Can you PLEASE include an option in the backend to return ALL results instead of your filtered list. 

First off I'd like to say thank you to my support rep, he was able to help me understand what was going on. Second I want to request that ShipStation integrates EDI into their customs documentation. I couldn't for the life of me understand why Shipstation Carrier Services internal UPS account does NOT use EDI, while a manually installed External Third Party UPS "Other" carrier service WILL use EDI as it should. This is 2021 and EDI has been around for 50 years. Every major business/company has at some point used EDI to transmit their information back and forth. I know I am not the FIRST person to want the internal UPS account to EDI send customs documentation, so I don't have to print the physical copies and affix them in the clear plastic pouch to the box every time I ship to Canada. No. That's not a good decision for me. We need EDI for customs documents on the internal UPS account via Shipstation Carrier Services. It's too late in the game to be asking for this... please make it hap

It would be extremely useful to be able to choose a date to manually sync our orders to, even if it's tucked into the back section of settings. We, like many others, sell items on backorder/pre-order and so our orders become aged past being updated completely at times. If a customer changes their shipping address or an item is canceled, the order does not update and we end up shipping to an old address or mailing items for free to customers. We can have a manual back-dated refresh done if we reach out to support, but this is inconvenient and time consuming for us and support to deal with all the time.

At least with the WooCommerce integration, when WooCommerce makes a system entered note on an order (like for example, order changing from Processing to Hold, etc) Shipstation takes those notes and overwrites the data stored in ShipStation in the Private Notes field. There is no other location that is convenient for the Warehouse staff and Customer Service to enter notes about why an order may be on hold, we were trying to use Private Notes for this, but it was being overwritten. The warehouse staff does not have access to WooCommerce, so they can not enter an order note there. I feel this is a bug in ShipStation. The WooCommerce integration will take the various incoming notes and separate them by the pipe (|) character to preserve them all. When ShipStation receives private note information from the integration it should not blindly overwrite what is there but should do a similar thing to concatenate it. Hi there,We moved from UPS to DHL as the former was having a Brexit nightmare with exports.DHL labels print, but a bit on the small side. I think they are designed to be printed at 4" x 8.5" rather than 4" x 6". It hasn't caused a problem yet but the addresses are pretty tiny after our (Zebra ZD420) printer scales it. Can you please add a 4" x 8.5" label size? Thanks.

ShipStation displays "Bundle SKU: XXXX" beneath individual components in the Order Details screen. But there is no way display both the component SKU and bundle SKU on the same line on the pick list or packing slip. I would like this feature added.

I’m currently in the process of automating our label creation/rate shopping and we are unable to automatically process any dangerous goods item’s through shipstation if we choose amazon buy shipping. We primarily want to use amazon buy shipping for all of our amazon orders, but we are unable to automate the process for dangerous goods shipments, because shipstation doesn’t allow us to purchase a dangerous goods label through shipstation. That means every time we send a dangerous goods package, we manually need to leave the shipstation and go to amazon and manually purchase the label directly from them.I feel this feature would be beneficial to a lot of sellers who utilize amazon buy shipping. I’m currently working with amazon’s team as well as I presume this will take a joint effort. Let me know if there is anymore information I can give you to help.    Thanks

For BYOA (bring your own account) sellers, ShipStation now displays an estimated duties and taxes line on any shipment where duties/taxes are billed to the payor. It appears in batch summaries and column views, it is enabled by default, and there is currently no way to hide or remove it. Support confirmed this is a known limitation with no opt-out.The request: add an account-level option to exclude estimated duties and taxes from batch summary totals and column views.Why it matters, specifically for the batch total. Many of us review the total shipping cost across a full batch before committing labels. That review is a cost-verification step, not a convenience. The estimated duties line inflates that total with a figure that is never actually billed (ShipStation has confirmed it does not calculate, collect, or settle these fees, and labels still purchase at the base carrier rate). Because the estimate varies per parcel, it cannot be cleanly subtracted to recover an accurate number. On

Allowing multiple packages for rate quotes in the calculator. 95% of our shipments are more than one box and it would be great for accurate quotes.

Is there a function that could be easily added to allow for a column to display weeks in stock of a product within a warehouse based on either static or dynamic values (looking back over a 10 week period or variable period)?  Example: I have 37 products from one supplier, each one with their own floating inventory and demand. Currently I don’t place an order for restock until I’ve reached a threshold below “X” weeks in stock, but it is very rarely ever the same product that triggers. The demand is dynamic enough that setting a “reorder threshold” number isn’t granular enough.  Can a column be added or another page be created to the inventory page that will reflect the calculation for weeks in stock based on a lookback period?  

Add "requested service" info to the order summary printed from the "Orders" screen. Currently i have to scan the entire list and mark up the order summary myself because it makes a difference as to what package we use to fill the orders. If we could see from the order summary that an order was Priority Mail, it would make the whole thing much faster, and after all - this is the 21st century and computers are a thing, right?

I would hope that shipstation allow us to create customs dynamic reporting rather than having to do a manual extract and work the data… I want to know which employee did how many orders, the total value and time per order from open to close. All these data are already available separately.Please add the feature

What I'm asking forPrimary request: add GoFo Express and YunExpress to the carrier list ShipStation uses to recognize tracking numbers, so that YT... tracking resolves to a real carrier name instead of falling through to "Other."To be clear about scope, because I think this gets confused with a different request: I am not asking for a rate/label integration. I don't need to buy GoFo labels inside ShipStation. I only need ShipStation to recognize the tracking number format and pass a valid carrier name to the marketplace on fulfillments that were marked as shipped externally.Fallback request, which would help far more people: let merchants set a custom carrier name and a custom tracking URL on a Marked-as-Shipped fulfillment — via the UI, an automation rule, or the markasshipped API. That single field would fix this for every unlisted carrier, not just these two. What happens todayI run Etsy shops fulfilled through a partner that marks orders shipped in ShipStation via the markasshipped

Settings>Shipping>Carriers>Carrier>USPS>Actions>View Report> Selecting Transactions and Balances. Then Export data. In the exported data under field “Type” shows on the word “Adjustment”. There is no way to link this data to orders in Shipstation. I was told by TechSupport that this is not available.We have a customer that we have to send chargebacks to for UPS adjustments. There are many. At this point now we have to manually click on each “Adjustment ID” on the screen readout, then a popup opens with data, then copy the tracking # then go back to shipstation from Stamps.com, then to Shipment>Seach>paste in tracking number. If there are a lot which we do have. We could create a spread sheet file (table) and place it into Libre Office and then export all order detail (item level) and then send the exported csv file to Libre Office then link the two files together, then do a view showing the order detail of the adjustment ID transaction. However, there will be
