Multiple inventory sync configurations are vital for international sellers.For example:Amazon.com FBA => US MarketplacesAmazon.co.uk FBA => UK MarketplacesAmazon.eu FBA => EU MareketplacesI wish Shipstation would implement this.

A feature to sync inventory between two logins and display quantities to two websites would be a nice idea.

Is it possible to create an automation which tells shipstation to create a certain number of shipments for an order if the order is tagged in a certain way? At the moment, we might have 300 orders that all require multi-package shipments created for them.  We need to go into each order individually to create these multi-package shipments.  This takes us a large amount of time to do this.  We have tags and automations set up in Shipstation to tell us how many boxes will be required to pack an order.  It would be great if we could create an automation rule to tell shipstation that if an order is tagged with '10 boxes' then 10 multi-package shipments should be auto created for this order.  Thank you.

Currently, ShipStation's automation rules and product defaults allow you to automatically assign a single package type, weight, and dimensions to each SKU as orders are imported. However, automation for applying multiple packages (package sets or multi-carton shipments) to a single SKU or order is not supported at this time. Multi-carton shipments still require manual selection of the package set for each order. 

Hi- We often times have back orders but can ship partial shipments. Would love the ability for Shipstation to automatically split orders for us based on rules.

We have customizable Packing Slips, how about custom Pick Lists?

We'd like to show our customers that we're proactive when it comes to product traceability. To do this, we want to include inventory lot information on our packing slips.Currently, lot info is available on pick lists but not as a field on packing slip templates. The only workaround is manually importing lot data into an unrelated field (like Fill SKU), essentially repurposing it. And every time a lot changes or is added, we'd have to re-import that data.It would be much easier if lot information were simply available as a field on packing slip templates, the same way it is on the pick list.

Orders → awaiting shipmentI want to export package information at the Ship from location but the export doesn't have the option to add ship form location as a field. Just adding that one field will make analytics SO much easier

There is an Action Type to "Enable Saturday Delivery", but to use this action well, we need a criteria that basically says "If today is Friday and ______ premium shipping service was selected".  I understand this may be difficult because you'd constantly need to check the date and reprocess the rule, so perhaps this is something that is triggered when doing the create and print label command?  Or if that's impossible, perhaps the ability to say "if order date is between Thursday 3pm and Friday 3pm" or something of that nature to dial in on which orders will generally be shipped on a Friday, so we can selectively add the Saturday delivery option to orders that a customer has requested a shipping service where they expect it will be delivered on a Saturday.Since this option doesn't exist, we have to either pay the extra $15 Saturday delivery charge every order, or else manually enable it for certain orders when shipping out on a Friday.  Usually this results in very angry

We use a fedex padded one rate envelope to ship a lot of our packages. Could this please be something you add to the fedex 2 day shipping preset option.

FedEx has just come out with a 2 day one rate extra small box. Could this be integrated into ShipStation?

Is there any way to remove/hide the postage price from a USPS envelope label?  To look more proffesional and aestethic. Thank you!

We sometimes have customers in Canada (when shipping through Fedex) who have their own brokers for customs clearance. It would be nice if we could add this information to their shipping information.

We need to have the ability to designate our own broker for international shipments. UPS brokerage is awful and causes tons of issues and extra charges for the simplest of shipments. This simply needs to be an additional field in the shipment that we can input the contact information of our broker, an automated email sent to said broker, and and automated message to the courier instructing them that [Insert customer broker data here] is handling the brokerage. I see this feature has been requested for many years and there is no word on fixing this, this is common on other platforms. 

Add a drop down to select the ship from location in manual orders. This is currently available when editing a manual order. Include this as an option for bulk importing manual orders.

Please sync all product details from Shopify, including weight, Country of Origin, and HS Codes. Ideally a 2 way sync, or a 1-way sync with a setting of which side controls.  

For whatever reason SS no longer will sync/update an order that has been cancelled or refunded once the order has already been imported from Woocommerce. Both the plugin and store connection in SS both show the field(s) for these syncs yet the functionality was remvoed.I first saw this on March 3rd, 2026 and today is April 1st, 2026. In that time we had 13 orders this affected do to the nature of our product and shipping days. Having to manually try to manage this between platforms is a bad idea as an order could easily be missed and shipped out after it has already been refunded. Please reinstate this functionality. 

Please consider integrating with Uniuni. They are a popular shipping option and very economical. They are useable carriers among a lot of the popular marketplaces too.

We need different shipping speeds based on geographical location. I am currently unable to set checkout rates by location and automation rules don’t pull rates through to shopify checkout. For example, western states should see UPS Ground as an option but East Coast should only have next-day air or 2-day air displayed. The current checkout rate setup doesn’t allow for location specification. It would be really helpful to have that. Thanks! 

requesting to add Yun express carrier. so we can select the correct carrier and fill out the tracking number. so amazon platform would load that same tracking infomation. otherwise we would need to muanully add it tracking to amazon, it’s time consuming!  

When using the batch picking feature, we require the ability to unassign a tote from an order. Today, we encountered a situation where an order was in “Awaiting Shipment” but should have been placed on hold. Because the tote had already been scanned and assigned by the picker, it is now tied to that order and cannot be reassigned until the order is shipped.This limitation creates inefficiencies in our workflow, as the tote remains unavailable despite the order being on hold. A function to unassign or release totes from orders would greatly improve operational flexibility.

Inadvertently upgraded plan from legacy bronze to starter, now costs $10 more per month with decreased features, and they can’t switch me back.  If the combine/split shipment feature could be added to this plan, that would be great.  Also hoping this doesn’t affect the automatic importing feature.  Just seems I am paying more for less functionality.

If ShipStation is going to have a purchase orders feature then ‘On Order’ needs to be an inventory field. The Reorder Assist feature is super cool, but it doesn’t take into account that I already have a purchase order in for an item when calculating my reorder amount. We deal with truly thousands of inventory lines which means I am going to have to constantly manually keep track of what I already have on order instead of the system taking into account the POs I have already submitted.

Itemization of fees and surcharges for Ontrac

Please can the developers of Shipstation Connect allow it to start minimised. Every time I restart my computer it loads in the centre of the screen. This is really not necessary, and should be one of the options to allow it start minimised. Please can this be considered as a feature request for future editions?
