If ShipStation is going to have a purchase orders feature then ‘On Order’ needs to be an inventory field. The Reorder Assist feature is super cool, but it doesn’t take into account that I already have a purchase order in for an item when calculating my reorder amount. We deal with truly thousands of inventory lines which means I am going to have to constantly manually keep track of what I already have on order instead of the system taking into account the POs I have already submitted.

Please can the developers of Shipstation Connect allow it to start minimised. Every time I restart my computer it loads in the centre of the screen. This is really not necessary, and should be one of the options to allow it start minimised. Please can this be considered as a feature request for future editions?

Please fix the Currency Customs Declaration feature ASAP!! There should be the option to change the currency. I Just spoke to support and they told me that the account is restricted to the currency it is set up in and cannot be changed. "Ok. At this time, your customs declarations reflect the currency your account is currently set to and there is no option to change that. I apologize for the disappointment this may cause." This was never an issue with the previous platforms      

RTA - Parcelforce Express 48 Returns is not currently available through the Royal Mail (own account) integration.  This is probably the most popular domestic Parcelforce returns label.  Please look into enabling this option in your integration.  

When adding inventory to warehouse, the "+ - =" interface is fastest for small mixed quantities, but some products are not listed if they are at zero inventory. Switching between views to add inventory in small quantities is time consuming and the 2 experiences are not similar.Like the "Show Inactive Products" checkbox, "Show out of stock" should be available on the inventory page. 

We use a fedex padded one rate envelope to ship a lot of our packages. Could this please be something you add to the fedex 2 day shipping preset option.

I suggest adding a feature that allows users to assign a broker to any courier within the system. With this feature, users would be able to: Select any courier from the system Assign or reassign a broker as needed Benefits: Greater operational flexibility Improved coordination between brokers and couriers Better handling of urgent deliveries Avoid shipment delays

Michael's (the craft store) just started a Marketplace today. Any idea when there will be an integration to connect a store? I'd hate to build something custom and then have a one-click store integration appear after all that work...

Hi ShipStation Product Team,I'm requesting two related features that would prevent costly UPS Dimensional Weight adjustments for ShipStation customers:1. Add "Package Dimensions" as a criteria option in Automation RulesCurrently, dimensions are only available as an Action Type ("Set Package Dimensions"). There is no way to create a rule that detects when dimensions are empty or set to 0x0x0. We need a criteria option such as "Package Dimensions Equal Zero" or "Package Dimensions Is Empty" so we can conditionally hold orders, add tags, or create alerts when dimensions are missing.2. Add an account-level setting to require dimensions before label creationShipStation currently allows labels to be created with no weight and no dimensions entered. There is no validation or warning. For any customer using UPS (or any carrier that uses Dimensional Weight billing), this is a serious problem. We need an admin toggle in Account Settings that blocks label creation unless dimensions are populated.

I have set most of my items with preset weight and dimensionsI have a problems when I have multi item order, that cannot be preset, I want to make it idiot proof, shipper doesn't care, if a label print, he will ship without entering weight and dimensions, even if it cost me all the profit and ship at loss.I found that if multiproduct shipment are at zero weight, a label doesn't print,that force shipper to enter weight then he can print label,but some shipping company can generate label without having sizes entered.So I don't have the best rate or the best provider.Sugestion : add a way to block creating a label if dimensions are all at zero when on “package” ?

They still require custom forms to generate shipping label  (while they don’t print at the end)An PR is a domestic destination.  

We would love an update within ship station so that the amount that is pulled from the invoice to autofill in the customs information includes final sub-total, so the true amount paid for the items and removes any discounts or promotions they've received on the order. For international customers, this is crucial to ensure they are not paying additional fees and duties on discounts or promotions they received. Thanks!

Hello, I would like to see ShipStation make packing slip sizes unique per store. Currently, the packing slip size is set account wide. However, we have various stores that would benefit from having different sized packing slips.For example, a wholesale store has more items per packing slip and requires more information on the packing slip. This store would use 8.5x11. A D2C store would use the 4x6 packing slip as less information is needed on the packing slip and it in general has a higher volume of packing slips generated (hello printing cost savings).Being able to set a packing slip size unique per store would greatly benefit our ShipStation experience and likely others. Hopefully this is seen and implemented in the near future!

Until just recently, when we split an order, we could make the new split order a "dash one" and "dash two" and so forth. For example, Order #12345 needs to be split because we have part of the order available for shipment and the other half is waiting for stock to arrive on-site. In the past, we could split that order and have Order #12345 which ships now and Order #12345-1 which ships later. That also helped our accounting department bill each shipment appropriately because of their differentiating order #s.This new order screen layout has completely taken away that ability and that has dramatically and negatively affected our business. Now all shipments in that split order have the same order # but they don't have the same weights, the same # of units, the same shipping cost, etc. We can't bill based on order # now unless we manually differentiate the order #s before running them through our billing software. Hello.We have several apps that link to the information available in Shipstation. However, you have changed the column age information. We would like a new column to be created "Order Age". This information is essential for us. Before changing the "Age" column, this allowed us to know how long ago the orders were. Which is essential for our warranties and our policies! Please develop a new column "Order Age" which allows to know how many days ago the order goes back!!!Thank you,Sam

The ShipStation techs recommended I post this here as well. I would like to see a column added to the Orders page for “Requested Shipping.” We can currently sort orders by Date, SKU, Title, etc. but not by Requested Shipping Method.The problem this causes is when we do shipping batches of the same SKU and use the same shipping method based on cheapest cost, there’s not way to see if any of the orders have paid extra for expedited shipping (UPS day, etc.).If we could sort orders by Shipping Method first this would allow us to catch orders that have requested and paid for expedited shipping before we run our batches.The only way to check it now is to open every order individually and check the Requested Shipping Method. This wastes a lot of time on days when we have 500 orders.

FedEx has just come out with a 2 day one rate extra small box. Could this be integrated into ShipStation?

I need our tips from Shopify to show up on our packing slip in ShipStation and reflect it in the total as well

If someone is picking, leaves for the day and doesn’t finish their cart, another picker should be able to pick up from that cart instead of having to restart the whole cart!

We are in the process of cleaning up our shipping process and have come up with an idea that would make printing and shipping faster. But we have hit a standstill for the idea. We want to use the Group By feature, but we are hoping that we could have Warehouse Location added to the list of options. We would like to be able to group by a product Sku and group products by Warehouse location. This would allow us to print off packing slips much faster and not have to sort through orders before and after printing. Could we have warehouse location added to Group By?  

We really need all Royal Mail services BZW and BZX adding to the integration, as we need to send with this daily, and shipstation not supporting these codes will mean that we can no longer use shipstation. If this is true for us, it will also be true for many others.These codes have been added new from Jan 5th in response to the US tariff scenario, and for all those trading with the US, these codes are a game changer, so shipstation integration is imperative.Thank you for your consideration

Current the field “Item Description” is not an option to select in the custom form options when exporting Orders. I’d love to see this added to the list in the future. 

IDK what happened in the flow of things but when I started using SS when I was in an order page and everything was filled out (address, weight, dimensions) and clicked the CALCULATOR ICON (hotkey C) it would go to the browse rate window with everything filled in from the order page and would display the rates of carriers automatically. But now SS made a change and the calculator icon is gone and there is now a button that says Browse Rates. if you CLICK on the button it functions the same as the calculator icon did but there is NO hotkey that works for that button and having to change form keyboard to mouse waste time. Need to get a hotkey that works with the browse rates button on the order detail page.

We currently create customs declarations from order items in Ship Station, but we have a lot of items which have the same HS code.It would be useful if there was an option to automatically group items with the same HS code into a single line on the customs declaration. For instance, change:1 x birthday card1 x birthday card1 x christmas card1 x wrapping paper to:3 x greetings cards1 x wrapping paper Many thanks.
