This round of updates and fixes adds some new updates to Packing Slip Options, the Rate Calculator, and the Return Portal and some fixes for several integrations.

Features
- Document Options: Packing Slip - We have added an option in Document Options to either include or hide Discounts/Coupons as a line item from Packing slips
- Branded Returns Portal: Return labels can be created using the Branded Returns Portal for orders fulfilled by a third party (outside of ShipStation) and marked as shipped in ShipStation.
Features
- Insights: Customer Overview: Sales by Location - Orders shipped to Washington will no longer also be considered shipments to Western Australia.
- Combine Orders - We updated the Combine Orders feature so that line items with a quantity of 0 are added to the newly made order.
- Rate Calculator - We fixed the Rate Calculator so it will properly update rates when you apply Shipping Presets or run automation on multiple orders.
- Insurance - We restored the ability to add your own ShipSurance account when ParcelGuard is enabled.
- Order Alerts - The Order Alerts menu now only shows orders with the exact same shipping information. Previously, orders with different ship to addresses or billing information were listed, causing confusion when combining orders.
Integrations
Carriers
- USPS - We improved the error message, “Failed to schedule pickup” to include more context so you can correct the error, such as the phone number being too long.
- FedEx - We updated the Rate tool in Order Details so it will show a rate when an insured amount is set, but the insurance provider drop-down is set to None when creating a shipment. Previously, the rate would error out.
- Royal Mail - We corrected the issue that would cause the error: “Please ensure that every package has at least one item". Merchants can ship internationally without errors if the documentation is correct.
- DPD - We updated the auto-tracking status so they will now match up with the DPD Tracking Portal.
- APC Overnight - We correct the format for the tracking timestamps so now tracking events will update properly in ShipStation.
Selling Channels
- Cdiscount - We corrected an issue so ShipStation will send marketplace notifications again.
- Etsy - Quotation marks included in item options for products on Etsy orders now display correctly. Previously, quotation marks would display as an HTML reference (").
