Features

• Scan to Verify & Print: When using the Scan to Verify & Print workflow with automatic readings from a USB Scale, ShipStation will now maintain its connection to your scale as expected. Previously, the connection disappeared after scanning and printing two to four orders.

Carriers

• Amazon Buy Shipping API: We resolved an issue that caused the same rate estimate to be returned for all Amazon Buy Shipping API services. Now, the rate will update based on the selected service and shipment configuration.
• Aramex Australia: 
  • We fixed an issue that caused ShipStation to not display automatic tracking updates from Aramex.
  • Estimated rates for multi-package Aramex shipments will now account for all packages as expected. Previously, the returned rate was an estimate for only one package in the shipment.
• Asendia USA:
  • We resolved an error that prevented Asendia labels from being created for shipments weighing less than 3 oz.
  • We fixed an issue that prevented IOSS (Tax Identification) numbers from being sent to Asendia for international shipments.
• Lettre Suivie (FR): We resolved the following error that prevented some merchants from creating Lettre Suivie labels: Le channel ##### de l'ordre de commande n'est pas connu du socle Commande.
• Royal Mail (UK): Our Royal Mail integration now lets you create  labels for customers with email addresses that contain any top-level domain extension (.com, .net, etc.). Previously, some merchants were prevented from creating labels with the error, “Must be a valid email.”
• Toll IPEC (AU): The tracking link on the Shipments grid for Toll IPEC shipments now correctly directs to Toll IPEC’s tracking page.

Selling Channels

• Marketplace Shipment Notifications for Amazon Marketplace:
  • Notifications for Canpar Express (CA) shipments will now be sent with “Canpar” as the carrier code instead of “Other.”
  • Notes to Buyer and Internal Notes written in ShipStation have been removed from Amazon marketplace shipment notifications. Previously, the inclusion of these notes caused the notifications to fail with a 400 error.
• Wix: Marketplace shipment notifications for DX (UK) and NZ Post Domestic shipments will now be sent to Wix with the correct carrier code instead of “Other.”
• Yahoo! Merchant Solutions: We resolved an issue that prevented Yahoo! stores from receiving marketplace shipment notifications with the following error: IntegrationError: failed to update order number: ######

Hi @Olivia-A 

I use DX and Etsy and Etsy rejects SS telegram for marketplace notification because "DX" is too short to be recognised as a carrier. Etsy have not been forthcoming with fixing this issue.

I have noticed that "DX." with the addition of the period is accepted. Could it please looked at to add this character to the marketplace notification?

without this, my job is still very tiresome to then import all the tracking number via a copy and past method.

I ship between 350-500 items a month so you can appreciate my desire to have this automated asap
