Shipping & Printing Supplies Store (US only): You can now order shipping supplies–including packaging materials, printers, and scales–through our partner Onyx! You can access the Onyx-ShipStation storefront from your ShipStation Settings home page. At this time, Onyx only ships to US addresses.
Manage Users: When you set a ShipStation account user to inactive, they will now be automatically logged out of ShipStation. Should you reactivate the user, they will be able to log in immediately after reactivation.
Etsy: We updated our integration to create customer records with the Buyer ID on Etsy orders instead of the customer’s Etsy marketplace username. It is expected behavior for the Buyer ID on Etsy orders to import into ShipStation as a string of numbers. You can locate orders inside your Etsy dashboard by order number or buyer email.
Update Payment Method for Subscription: We resolved the following error that appeared when some merchants attempted to update their payment method for their ShipStation subscription, even though the card information was saved correctly: “Error: Please verify the billing information is correct or use another card.”
Label Batch Status Window: We fixed a bug that prevented some merchants from selecting failed orders to remove from batch processing in the Label Batch Status > Errors and Warnings pop-up window.
Filter Shipment Records: We fixed a bug that prevented some merchants using Google Chrome from filtering and sorting their shipments by store.
ShipStation Mobile - Android OS: You can now enter blank spaces in bulk update, phone number, and zip code fields without the app crashing.

APC Overnight: We updated our integration to send the correct delivery type (Sender, Collection, or Third Party) to APC Overnight, resulting in more accurate rates.
Asendia USA: We resolved the following error that prevented some merchants from retrieving Asendia rates for international shipments: “Request path contains unescaped characters.”
DHL Express Australia: We resolved an issue that caused DHL Express Australia labels to incorrectly print with pounds, ounces, and inches for weight and dimension units, even when centimeters and kilograms were specified as the units in the ShipStation UI. Previously, this issue resulted in inaccurate rates from DHL Express Australia.
FedEx: We fixed a bug that caused FedEx SmartPost rates to incorrectly return when rating multi-package FedEx shipments.
We resolved the following error that prevented some merchants from importing their Shopify orders: “An error occurred attempting to update orders: An item with the same key has already been added."
We corrected an issue that caused Shopify Order Tags to import with orders as Internal Notes, even though they were not mapped for importing in merchants’ Shopify store settings.
Shipper HQ: ShipperHQ is now supported for our BigCommerce integration. Previously, some merchants could not view their ShipperHQ fulfillment details within BigCommerce order records.
