Automatic Messages

Is there anyway to have messages automatically sent to my customers if their order sits for more than 7 days?

Your desire here makes perfect sense, I definitely get why this type of communication is wanted. Currently, ShipStation can only send out notifications automatically for shipment notification and delivery confirmation. 

I would absolutely recommend to post about this type of communication in our Feedback forum so that our product team can look into potentially making this a feature in the future!
