BigCommerce Live Rates and Automation Rules

Hi All,

We can't get a response from the ShipStation team and have an urgent issue we need help with.

We use BigCommerce enterprise multi storefront in tandem with ShipStation. With BC multi storefront, we technically have one store (tenant/connection) and operate 10+ unique customer sites within that tenant. So it's only one connection to ShipStation for all 10+ of those stores. In BC, we can only update shipping setting at the tenant level, not the site/channel level.

Three of our 10 sites are for one customer who needs their shipping estimates/rates to be on their UPS number. The rest of the sites should be using our shipper.

We thought we could create an automation rule in ShipStation that looked at either SKU/customer number and if it matched our customer, we could trigger it to use their shipper (as attached). Screenshot 2024-12-03 at 1.33.56 PM.png

However, this isn't working. Does anyone use BigCommerce multi storefront with ShipStation? 

Any other ideas?

Hi Cara - Thanks for sending that over. Unfortunately that doesn't answer our questions. Your team just sent us this: "I apologize for the delay, I have been trying to get someone from sales to do some onboarding but it seems there is no one available at this time."

Our original rep got fired for not doing their job. Now we still haven't received help, and your team is just saying tough luck go figure it out? We've had a pretty terrible experience. We're just asking for basic Q&A getting set up.
