Error when using canada post via shipstation carrier

Anyone getting this error:

 

The Contract Number {0} is not associated to the Mailed on Behalf of Customer Number in the CPC accounting system for the mailing date entered. (Generic, Carrier Error Code: 1702). Canada Post rolled out a nationwide update on July 1st and things went pretty sideways. Luckily, it’s back up and running on my end now.

Did you have to do anything on your end to make this work again?

I am also wondering about this.  I still cannot generate any labels as of July 7.

are we able to add them as a carrier yet? still cannot re-add my carrier.

This issue relates to an ongoing service interruption on Canada Post’s end. Some of their tools and applications are still unavailable, which is currently affecting the ability to connect Canada Post accounts to ShipStation.
