How set "hold for pickup" on a shipment

According to https://help.shipstation.ca/hc/en-ca/articles/360025443131-Purolator "Hold for Pickup" is a supported additional feature in ShipStation for Purolator shipments, but I have not been able to figure out how to do it.

This is something we commonly need to do when shipping to rural areas that only have a PO Box. Can anyone give me a tip on how to do this in ShipStation?

Ok I figured out if you double-click the order the "Other Shipping Options" section appears. I haven't figured out how to get that section to appear in the sidebar view, but at least this works.
