Negotiated Rate Visibility

Hello,

The lack of visibility on negotiated rates from carriers (Fedex in particular) is creating a lot of problems. For our wholesale store, we can't use shipstation for quoting purposes. We have to go directly to the fedex website to get accurate rates. There was also a recent issue with Fedex One Rate getting disconnected. We ended up paying hundreds for the full price 2-day air because we didn't know that the rates we were viewing were too high since they are always inaccurate. Please add this functionality. Thank you!
