Our negotiated rates with UPS are much better than the UPS by Shipstation option so we want to remove it from shipping options. I tried switching it off under carriers but had no luck.
I was just able to have the UPS by Shipstation option removed via a phone conversation with a support agent. I was told on that call the option to remove it is not customer facing. Hope that helps if you are still facing this issue.
