Royal mail Parcel Force Shopping types issues

Recently, we had to add new shipping service types in Shipstation following integration updates from Royal Mail and Parcel Force. However, we’re unable to install two specific services (BYB/BYH product codes: ‘International Tracked Heavier PDDP’ and ‘Global Priority ROW DDU’) directly through Shipstation.

No explanation has been provided by Shipstation, and as a result, we’ve had to suspend all Parcelforce deliveries to the USA. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with adding these services or codes in Shipstation?

We urgently need support around:

BYB/BYH product codes

International Tracked Heavier PDDP

Global Priority ROW DDU

Any feedback or solutions would be appreciated.

Thanks for checking in about this! Our team is currently working on adding BYD and BYH services, and they’re expected to be available later this quarter.

In the meantime, you can utilize our MPR, MTV, and DE6 services for lighter-weight shipments to the U.S.—these options should help bridge the gap until the new services are launched.
