we use a local carrier that is not integrated to update status to Delivered. We would like to see a manual option to change a status from "Shipped" to " Delivered" on the carriers that are not integrated. The same as when we change the status from "awaiting shipment, or awaiting payment" to "Shipped", but actually updating to Delivered.
This will be a manual process, however we would like to be able to still update the status correctly and prompt the delivered email template with the same information being pulled for the tracking.
Currently anything outside the integrated carriers, cannot be updated to a delivered status.
