Tuesday
I sell on many ecommerce platforms including my own company website. All of our orders from these various platforms are run through Shopify. I have my Shopify account then linked with ShipStation to fulfill orders.
In order to be compliant with Amazon OTD rules it seems like I'm going to need to purchase my shipping through Amazon. Reason being, if a package is late and you purchase the shipping through Amazon, then it doesn't count as a defect for your OTD rate.
From what I can tell, ShipStation does not allow users to use the carrier "Amazon Buy Shipping" when orders are directed through Shopify. It will only work if orders are being sent either directly by Amazon to ShipStation, OR through Channel Advisor.
I don't necessarily want to connect Amazon directly.. Because then the orders will double up from both Amazon and Shopify.
Has anyone been able to find a suitable work around for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
