This can't be a unique problem, yet ShipStation support has been unable to help. Maybe someone here can?
I'm brand new to ShipStation. We have a Shopify store with two locations - let's call them Bridge and Diamond. Each of these is an external fulfillment company and each has different product. Diamond uses ShipStation, so we use the ShipStation Shopify plug to send orders to Diamond. Bridge uses Shipping Software X.
A Shopify customer can place an order that includes products from both Diamond and Bridge warehouses, so when that order comes into ShipStation (for Diamond) I want to ignore Bridge products. That's apparently hard. Here's what I've tried so far:
Any ideas?

I finally talked to someone at ShipStation support about this - there's not a solution. The best I can do is put tags on products that Diamond should ignore. <sad-face>

Hello @APEGamer!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! This feature request has not yet been resolved and is currently marked as a new feature. I’ll also look into having the “Accepted Solution” removed to avoid any confusion. We appreciate your feedback!
Happy Shipping!

By "ignore", do you mean not have them on the order at all? I would think you could just remove the items via API. I'm not sure what your API/data/automation situation is, but that should be relatively easy to do.
