We have a client that already has their Shopify store and they sell beverages with their Shipstation account connected to it. We will provide and fulfill their Apparel Merch that would also be sold on their Shopify. Can we connect our shipstation account and set it up so we only receive the apparel orders and they only receive the beverage ones?
thanks!

Hello @acrookedmonkey!
It looks like you were able to connect with our support team, who shared the following helpful guidance:
You can integrate your customerโs Shopify store with a second ShipStation account. This will not interfere with their ShipStation setupโorder data will be sent to both accounts independently.
If youโd prefer to import only specific orders into your ShipStation account, we recommend creating a clear identifier in Shopify, such as applying a unique Shopify tag to those orders.
From there, you can build an automation rule in ShipStation. A standard solution is to have the system automatically cancel any imported orders you don't plan to fulfill. Thereโs also a way to block specific orders from importing, but that approach can be more advancedโso we suggest using extra care if you choose that method.
Let us know if you need help setting up your rules. You can reach out to support@shipstation.com for assistance!
Happy Shipping!
