This end point would allow a super user to process and purchase shipping, while allowing tracking of another user to give credit for packing the order.
Extremely useful for when batch processing and purchasing is ideal, but you still want to track productivity of a packer etc.
Currently the only options are to accept that the only userID for the order is the one associated with buying the shipping or change the entire processing method to print only packing slips and entrust packers to purchase the correct shipping.
