Hi guys,
Recently, I experienced an order imported into awaiting shipment even refunded on WooCommerce.
As the customer service said, Shipstation will only pick up fulfilled, paid and cancelled order, but not the refunded order.
And I found that the similar issues happened before with shopify user back in 2018.
Customer support suggest me to post this issues in this community and I think it would be a good idea for fixing it.
