I'm wondering if anyone knows how to configure the live rates to display the correct shipping to our customers? For example, the picture I've attached, the shipping is incorrect. That product will fit in a Medium Flat Rate, but not priority mail as shown. How do i display the correct shipping method?
I am going to chime in here. Shipstation generally needs to enable rules to be created that will enable flat rate options to be used when quoting live rates via integrations. This could be done by sku, weight, store, cubic, or some other feature.
