Hi guys, We work from home so are basically operating 24/7 so we pack orders when we want - but currently Toll is set to not allow labels to be printed on a Public Holiday. Yes, you can go into settings and change dates and so on but why - why can I print Australia Post labels and not Toll
Why can there not be a super simple process like – when printing label, it comes up with the public holiday message – and asks, cannot send on this day because of Public Holiday – please select date to dispatch here (and have a calendar so we can select it there – without having to go into settings.
ShipStation have replied to me and said its something to do with Tolls API but have not advised Toll about my enquiry - and suggested I write it here 🙂
