UPS Carrier options

When using the Carrier UPS there is an export option in Worldship (the UPS label printing program) that allows a flags to be set ISC (International Special Commodity Certificate) and Special Exception. 

Is it possible to update shipstation to allow these setting to be set?

This allows me to export special items that I have a contract with UPS that allows this type of export.
