When we purchased a UPS label for an Amazon order whose account do we use? Shipstation or Amazon? We do not want to use an Amazon account since we cannot open damage or lost orders claims. If it is shipstation account, can we open claims ourselves? Can you help, please?

When selecting a service on any individual orders, you'll notice that the account connected to that service is also listed. For example: "UPS From ShipStation" prior to the list of available services.
Alternatively, if you are setting your service via an automation rule, part of establishing that rule will include account selection.
If you are using UPS From ShipStation, and need to file a claim, you can follow the directions found on this Knowledge Base article!
