Unable to invoke method getRates: service is currently unavailable

Didn't change anything and started receiving this error this morning.  This was working find last week and years prior.

This error and others can sometimes occur if the carrier (FedEx for example) is having issues on their end. This is likely what it was, but if no carriers work then I would try restarting everything.
